The quality of bicomponent is guaranteed by its production process. Once carded, the thermobonded-to-be felts (bicomponent ones included) are warmed inside a furnace where heat makes the bicomponet melt, while other fibers remain intact. Then, fibers go through a process of cooling and stiffing in order to create a hard felt. We can produce an homogeneous item supply after supply, with a constant point of melting. Thanks to years of research and manufacturing experiments, we are very proud to produce this article, used by our clients together with the mixed color polypropylene.
