The quality of bicomponent is guaranteed by its production process. Once carded, the thermobonded-to-be felts (bicomponent ones included) are heated inside a oven where heat melts the bicomponent, while other fibers remain intact. Then, fibers go through a process of cooling and stiffing in order to create a hard felt. We can produce an homogeneous item supply after supply, with a similar melting point. Thanks to years of research, developments and continous improvements in our manifacturing process, today we are able to provide a consistent product to be used alongside our own PP pulled mixed colors for an outstanding final product.
